About Me
I am going to college for a bachelor degree in Information Technology & Networking Degree. I work in a work at home global communications company over eight (8) years that has been ranked #5 to work in. I am working as a tech analyst in a fast pace command center environment. I have earned my Associates degree in pre law. I will graduate in July for my certificate with my Information Technology & Networking Degree and get my Associates 2nd, by next year will have my bachelor degree.

Desktop & Site Support Technician II (command center analyst) – Teleperformance
Help with advisors to fix their iMac to get back to the floor. I help with tech checks for new hires. I manage a meeting room in Microsoft teams. Communicate with Operations Management for prompt resolution of issues identified. Documentation of daily issues related to the position. Information exchange with the Site Leadership Team and other department POCs in the call center environment. Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment. Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, and ensure any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately. Use critical thinking during interactions with advisors and management that have technical issues.

Trainer – Teleperformance
I was a trainer supervisor for an auto insurance company. Responsible for teaching and training agents and ensuring that they stay competent and skilled for their jobs. I have developed training material and implemented the material into the project. When out of training class, I help in operations with work force management, QA with the new hire agents. I maintain new hires payroll, attendance, and write-ups if necessary. Teaching and motivating people in areas such as product knowledge, technology, quality control and more. Proven track record at improving job performance.
Can work either in-house or travel to deliver intensive short-term training to employees. Expertise at developing training materials and helping businesses pinpoint areas where training would be most valuable. Effective team leader and able to develop rapport with employees in a short time. I will be willing to travel long distance for the position. I have worked closely with call center managers and account managers in Teleperformance and feeling that i would be a great asset to the call center manager position for WAHA.
